Repurpose your ingredients
You don’t need a lot of ingredients to create different meals! There are many possibilities with these 5 kitchen staples: corn carrots chicken brown rice black beans Don’t believe us? Try this delicious rice bowl! Add a few vegetables, lower-sodium soy sauce and mix in a bowl. In the mood for soup instead? Add broth, onions, Italian herbs and bring to a boil.
