The Child Care Centre Licensing Manual has been updated and is now available for use!
The updated manual includes new regulations that are now in force since the last update and several other enhancements to support compliance and understanding of the rules and requirements.
As a result of the update, the hyperlink to the PDF file on ontario.ca has changed. If you have used the direct link to the PDF file of the old manual (e.g., on your website or in your parent handbook), it will no longer work. You are encouraged to replace it with the link to the licensing manual landing page instead.

Also, please discard any printed or downloaded copies of the old version of the manual and replace them with the updated 2024 version.
The ministry is working on updating the Home Child Care Agency Licensing Manual and will communicate once the updated version becomes available.
