Based on the work of Louie Schwartzberg this session will explore the building blocks of gratitude and how
the principles of wonder, curiosity and awe can be a pathway back to feeling connected and more joyful in our work and wellness . This session will allow the participants to reflect on ways to embed small practices into their day to increase connection within our self and the world around us! In turn appreciating the joy, wonder and in awe in our classrooms. Come prepared to engage with images video, sounds and each other to experience the effects of reflective practice and gratitude.
