Guest Speaker: Judy Ballie shares her knowledge on Marrying Scheme Play with How Does Learning Happen.

Schema play happens when young children learn through repetitive play practices in order to experience the world. These are called “schemas”.  In this innovative workshop we will look at the various types of schemas that children exhibit and how these pertain to How Does Learning Happen. A workshop booklet of classroom ideas and examples to support each schema will be included.

Early learning educators working in on reserve child care and child and family programs are invited to attend.
