Dear members and friends of the Early Childhood Resource Network of Ontario (ECRTNO),
We welcome you to join us for our 2nd virtual conference ‘Coming Together, Growing Together, Building
Community’ 2021.

We would like to personally welcome each of you to this event. It’s an exciting time for ECRTNO as we continue to
grow and adapt. We as a sector, are confronting many changes and we, the ECRTNO, are meeting these changes
through networking, professional development and advocacy. Our conference ‘Coming Together, Growing
Together, Building Community’ will provide key note speakers and workshops that support current research and
community needs.

We believe that there has not been a better time to connect and focus on supporting ourselves and others in our
field. This conference will provide workshops to support behavior, building community, diversity, well-being and
mental health. This is a time to focus on connecting and walking this journey together.

Networking opportunities such as our provincial conferences gives us all that much needed moment to reach out to
our colleagues, re-charge, re-invigorate and find renewed sparks of inspiration.

The theme of our annual conference is ‘Coming Together, Growing Together, Building Community’, that is exactly
what we will do at this conference and for the year ahead.
