Dietitians of Canada is delighted to unveil the theme for 2025: Nourish to Flourish Nutrition Month. After thoughtful input and careful consideration, this theme was chosen for its ability to shine a spotlight on the profound connections between food and overall wellbeing.
“Nourish to Flourish Nutrition Month 2025 will encapsulate the transformative role that food and nutrition play in our lives, going far beyond simply meeting physical needs,” says John-Paul Cody-Cox, CEO of Dietitians of Canada. “It’s about fostering emotional resilience, building social connections, and empowering communities to thrive. We’re excited to see dietitians across Canada bring this theme to life and inspire meaningful change.”
The theme goes beyond the basics of physiological health to celebrate the integral role of nutrition in mental health, emotional resilience, and fostering social and cultural connections. It’s a versatile, meaningful, and inspiring theme that opens the door to countless opportunities for promoting the power of nutrition across diverse communities.
