Transportation from the Thunder Bay region
- Air Canada provides one afternoon flight to London from Winnipeg Richard International Airport with a 1 hour 56 minutes connection at the Toronto Pearson airport then departs for the London airport. If you require a different/specified departure time, it’s almost certain it will ONLY fly to the Toronto Pearson airport. Very similar with Thunder Bay International Airport, they also provide one evening flight to London at 5:30pm, but any other time will only fly them to Toronto.
- WestJet does not provide any flights to London Ontario; however, they do depart every 3 -4 hours from the Winnipeg Richard International airport with arrivals to Toronto Pearson airport. Thunder Bay International Airport only has one departing flight to Toronto Pearson Feb 22/23 4:30pm-6:30pm, return flight Feb 25/23 at 1:45pm-4pm.
- Robert Q is an Airbus that departs from Toronto Pearson airport with scheduled stops and pick-up locations around London, ON. Duration of the trip is estimated to be 2 hours 25 minutes.
- VIA rail is a train that departs from Toronto Union Station to London, ON through-out the day. To get there from the airport you will need to locate the UP express train which takes you directly to Union Station in 25 mins, it departs every 15 minutes on weekdays and 30 mins on weekends.
