Inspiration Tables

The planning committee is requesting interested programs to create a ‘Site Display’ to feature and share unique and/or everyday or weekly activities you have done at your Child Care or Child & Family Program/Indigenous EarlyOn with children, families and staff!

How can I do this?

Be creative: use a 3-panel display board or bring a laptop/iPad with photos.

Include photos:  of your space; inside and outdoor, staff, cultural activities and/or crafts.

Provide handouts highlighting your program: calendars, newsletters, brochures, business cards, etc.

Additional Information:

Display tables set up around the perimeter of the room. (maybe in a separate room or the Georgian Room)

Set-up displays in the morning or noon of Wednesday, February 28th.

Displays can be taken down anytime after lunch on Thursday, February 29th.

Browsing the displays begin on Wednesday, February 28th at 12:00 pm and continues throughout the next day.

If possible, have a staff member stationed at the display table during peak viewing times to answer questions and to share information.
