The planning committee is requesting interested programs to create a ‘Site Display’ to feature and share unique and/or everyday or weekly activities you have done at your Child Care or Child & Family Program/Indigenous EarlyOn with children, families and staff!

How can I do this?

  • Be creative: use a 3 panel display board or bring a laptop/iPad with photos
  • Include photos:
    • of your space; inside and outdoor,
    • staff
    • cultural activities and/or crafts
  • Provide handouts highlighting your program:
    • With calendars, newsletters, brochures, business cards, etc.

What if I am flying in?

  • Planning committee has purchased numerous 3-panel display boards for you to use.
  • Bring your printed documents with you or mail ahead of time to Sherry Lickers. Send an email to to arrange for mail out.

Additional Information

  • Display tables set up around the perimeter of the ballroom.
  • Set-up displays in the morning or noon of Thursday, February 23rd.
  • Displays can be taken down anytime after 4:00 pm on Friday, February 24th.
  • Browsing the displays begin on Thursday, February 23rd at 12:00 pm and continues throughout the next day.
  • If possible, have a staff member stationed at the display table during peak viewing times to answer questions and to share information.
