Resilient Adults, Resilient Children
Facilitated by Carly Brown and Tiffany Goulet
It is imperative that we maintain the wellbeing of our adults in order to foster well-being in our students and children. In this workshop we look at understanding stress and behaviour and ways to build resiliency.
We will look at modern research into the field of self-regulation and neuro-science, in a way that is tangible, practical and easily implemented into everyday life. Leave this session with a thorough understanding of managing your own stress and enjoy a few practices to leave you feeling rested and relaxed.
