Important information you need to know when registering for this event.

Registration Includes: Day One:  Breakfast, 2 nutrition breaks, lunch, and evening dinner

Day Two:  Breakfast, 2 nutrition breaks and lunch.

Early Bird Registration Fee:  $300.00 per person open now until January 24th, 2023 (non-refundable)

Registration Fee$350.00 per person applicable between January 25th to February 2nd, 2023 (non-refundable)

Travel: You are responsible to make and pay for your own travel arrangements. We suggest you do this as soon as possible so you can travel in the way you prefer.

Accommodations:  You are responsible for booking and paying for your own room.

Superior Room with 1 King Bed or 2 Queens:  $159.00 plus taxes per night

Tower Suite with 1 King or 2 Doubles and 1 Pullout Sofa:  $199.00 plus taxes per night

To check-in, you are required to show your personal identification. Also, the hotel requires a credit card from you to be kept on file for the length of your stay. The hotel pre-authorizes one night room cost as a security deposit. If you do not have a credit card, you will need to ask about third party payment when you book your room. The hotel will not make any exceptions to their policies, please come prepared.
