Indigenous Reflections, formerly known as Native Reflections, has recently been purchased by Achilles Gentle, an Indigenous Entrepreneur from Skownan First Nation in Manitoba, Canada. Achilles is a strong advocate for Indigenous Owned, Family operated businesses. He began by establishing The Teacher’s Crate, a subscription service providing quality classroom materials to schools and teachers. He has also purchased GoodMinds.com and has kept this as a family-owned Indigenous book seller. To support the publication of Indigenous Authors and Illustrators, Achilles has also established Indigenous Education Press.

The mission of Ed-Digenous Traditions is to educate our future while preserving traditions.

My goal is to share traditional teachings by establishing community partnerships to empower Indigenous heritage and practices. Traditional art forms are a way to work toward strengths and to create cultural connections with educational institutions, the public and communities.

Ed-Digenous Traditions creates Indigenous Learning Kits for schools, communities, workshops, conferences, and post-secondary institutions. The kits actively demonstrate and support the educational concepts being introduced.

Simpcw First Nations, British Columbia and Mohawk/Scottish descent. We live in the Laurentian mountains north of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. For more than a decade, we have applied our skills and dedication to building native spiritual tools, and sharing on the powwow trail. We have a busy schedule which includes drum making, art shows, conferences, and traveling powwows all over North America. Through our work, we support the sharing of traditions and teachings of Canada’s tribal peoples.
